Montage, as much information as possible is required to help us
create your personalized Montage. Use this form to upload your
information. (See the
Montage Page and FAQ page for ideas on what information to
provide)

may forward files in the following formats:
.jpg .jpeg .tif .gif .bmp .txt .doc .avi .wav .mp3 .mpg .mpeg
.wmv .zip
(or type text into the comments box on the upload
form).
Contact us
if you wish to use any other format and we will do our best to
accommodate.
(If you receive a "file too large" error on sending, contact us via
the contact form with the subject "largefile" and we will see what
we can do.)

are yours!
For example, you may decide to name them
something like this [name/date/filename]:
